Castiel likely haxes his way out of R1 and R2.
He could possibly get overwhelmed in R3 via sheer numbers.
Not sure about R4, as Sif has much better reactions, but she's not nearly as versatile.

Round 1: Castiel Clears.
Round 2: Castiel Clears, mild difficulty.
Round 3: Castiel Clears, provided that Gamora's sword doesn't kill him since it's strong enough to kill Warlock, who is thousands of times stronger than Cas
Round 4: Castiel clears.
My vote: Cas clears with mild difficulty with one exception.
Reasoning: angelic state is very hard to kill, only Gamora has the ability to kill him with his angelic power unless i'm missing something. His attacks also ignore convential durability to boot + some pretty decent hax.
