MCU Hulk vs Guts

Battle takes place in a big forest at midnight.

In-character.

Speed equalized.

Black Swordsman Guts without his Berserker Armor.

Fight to death, KO, or incapacitation.

Hulk can rack up some damage and he is durable enough to survive several hits, but I think Guts could KO him if the battle doesn't drag for long, if it does then Hulk might win due his Regenerationn.

So... 55% to Guts

Hulk wont be regenerating anytime soon, as damage inflicted from Dragonslayer is permanant.
Doesn't that sound like NLF to you? Also, where does it state that on Guts' page?

I am trying to say this.

Guts was dealt a blow to his soul/astral body, and even when he had healed his physical body the astral body remained in exactly the same shape. As a result Guts was losing conciousness and risked his old wounds opening again. The only way for him to cure this was through the magic of the mages/elfs which Hulk has no access to. So in a way it's permanant damage for him.
