See this is what you're wrong about, Goku controls every drop of energy when he uses te spirit bomb, go check the chapter where King Kai explains how the spirit bomb works.

Again, just because Goku is absorbing the energy does not mean he can control what speed it moves at towards the SB. King Kai never stated that, unless you have evidence to support this

And in any case, it hardly matters as the SB itself acts like a beacon to absorb the energy into itself while Goku keeps the SB stable. That doesnt make it a speed feat. Thats like saying Kaguya should be given the same rating for absorbing chakra all over the planet, or Madara getting the same rating for casting genjutsu all over the planet, using the IT.

He is saying Goku is the magnet while the energy is metal, not the energy being both. All that's being done is the energy attracting itself towards goku. Reacting is not needed for that at all.

Also no the IT for madara's case works by effecting ppl through light, not just visuality.

Lastly, no where in that scan does it imply Goku can control the speed of the energy traveling to him when using the SB

Bro I get your point, but believe it or not, if goku can draw energy at MFTL+ speed he can shoot it at MFTL+ Speed, think of it like a Magnet, if he can draw the other pole at 20mph he can shoot the matching pole at 20 mph.
