No, he scalea above 3 GoDs, a fight between 2 can destroy 2 universes making individual gods at least half baseline 2-C, so since jiren is above 2 gods, he is 2x baseline 2-C, he is not scaled to 3 universes

Individual gods scale to half of that since it their combined power to deatroy 2 universes

But even then, you cannot use this logic, they wouldn't be able to destroy 3 universes, they would be above baseline 2 universes, you can't use math to go up after tier high 3-A

no, it was because the fight between the three GoDs didn't affected the WoV while supresed jiren and ui -sigh- goku did, and the gods upscale from characters who scale to those two, what you said purely another detail to give consistency, but the feat itself is only half 2-C

It did change. One of the reasons they now scale to 2-C in full is because it got accepted that the destruction of two universes wouldn't kill them
