The effect itself is Transmutation, although holograms by default are made of light (not that is not possible to be made of data, but is not the standard assumption).

Ehh, no? That only would be Transmutation as subset of Light Manipulation.

No idea of what Macro-Quantic Matter Manipulation is, sounds like Physics Manipulation (Relativity).
