Do spaces that lack mathematics due to their higher level of existence or transcend mathematics scale anyway?

Is the space still bound by dimensions? This could be a Low-Outerversal realm if they are unbound from dimensionality since they would be above the Von Neumman Universe (which is Low Outerversal)

This space kinda exists between universes and is a "timeless non-space", and a "vertiguous nowhere between dimensions", where mathematics and atomic cohesion are nonsense. I'm asking this because somebody said it scales roughly Low Outer to Outer (Doubtful of 1-A) but I just wanted to check on VSBW
