Material Durability Statement Usable For Calculations?

I mean do we know that a single cubic centimeter of the alloy can withstand planetary destruction?
If we assume it's not referring to a small instance of the material (like the individual nanomachine) but instead like the amount of material present in the vial in that particular scene, we would have to calculate how much energy a cubic centimeter would take to destroy and then use that as the destruction value

I believe at that point it would be calc stacking tho
