He says he’s never tried, likely because of story reasons and “his time having passed”. If he was still needed he would probably do it, as he has Hero’s Chi in this key, and Po with Hero’s chi has shown no limit on his resurrection (since it’s just him making portals from the afterlife)

This is very much in Oogway's favor not only because of his AP and hax, but also because Ram's stamina gets heavily neutered the more shackles are unlocked whereas Oogway isn't held back in the stamina department by any means.
