Tatsuya's Attack Potency/Durability: Multiverse Level. Tatsuya Fought against Nyarlathotep, who controls and embodies the entire Collective Unconsciousness alongside Philemon. Strong enough to leave a bruise on Philemon's cheek, who is equal to Nyarlathotep. Nyarlathotep has stated that all the souls of humanity return to and come from the Sea of Souls and the CU, and Philemon also stated that since the start, the nature of each human soul and a person's sheer willpower has enough potential to create new realities. Since Philemon and Nyarlathotep have watched over humanity ever since their conception, the souls within the CU must be over 107,602,707,791, and each human soul has the potential create entire realities within the CU. This means Nyarlathotep and Philemon must be maintaining and have absolute dominion over a realm with over 107 billion universes, making them easily Multiverse in power)

I'm not sure creating realities is the same as creating entire universes, Just because they have the potential doesn't mean that each soul in the CU is another universe, you'll have to show that each and every soul is the size of a full Universe. It sounds to me that it's an explanation to why all the different areas show up in the world,though I could be wrong, not sure the actual name since I'm not experience in the game.

Not sure about the speed feat.

1: They'd only be dodging half of the universe at most due to such a feat being omnidirectional, that diameter should be halved.

I agree with 2-B or 2-A, in P1 uses this principle literally, so much so that Maki's consciousness was able to create a parallel reality and this reality is a universe, the game it not limited to a single universe but to countless, following as a model the very theory of many worlds with countless parallel worlds existing http://imgur.com/a/70huYxq

(and the theory of many worlds says that every choice we made from the origin to another universe, and each person from each universe would generate more universe at every instant, this is 2-A).

And both worlds were connected to the Sea of Souls and the Velvet Room.
