because marvel is not level 0 it is described that omniverses contain all megaversal since it knows that all fiction exists and even the real world and from what I saw space battle and comic marvel and dc are considered stronger verses

That description (containing a genesis of ideas) also applies to every verse in Tier 0, High 1-A and essentailly all verses above High 1-B so.

It's not an uncommon theme in fiction, also nobody really scales to Omniverse in Marvel anyways, and they reduced it from "all of fiction" to just the generic multiverse

Spacebattles can believe what they want, comics debating is subjective on who it favours, and yeah ypu can probably get Tier 0 and higher if you max out the definitions for Marvel cosmological structure, I think it's disingenuous of all the times this kinda shit is stated to be wayyy lower tho.
