The Ultimates 2 #100 (really #10 but its stylized as #100). Though I'm questioning if this is mind manipulation. She just turned into neural energy to connect everyone. Seems more like esoteric energy manipulation or mind reading more than anything.

Secret Invasion: Home Invasion #7. Though dielectric heating is just radiation manipulation for the purpose of heating an object up, like the microwave thing Monica mentioned. May be more apt to just lump this in with radiation manipulation, but idk.

I think we lump together miscellaneous mind related powers into mind manipulation, unless we're specific for this one P&A

It is just listing specifics of what she can achieve with the radiation manipulation, specificity isn't exactly problematic
