So i took a look at Marisa's profile, and since when do we consider Word of God as an outlier? It's not unheard of characters having one particular attack that is incredibily stronger than their regular hits.

It's still impressive in all honesty. That said it is a WoG and would've been considered an outlier in the past, buuut there's been recent buffs on Touhou hasn't there been?

Also if Marisa's Master Spark is considered Light Speed, why's Reimu's reaction not relativistic at least? Or maybe I'm reading it wrong.

Regardless Marisa shouldn't be unable to get that buff. And she still has speed and haxx resist

Reimu IS relativistic. and Reimu didn't react to the Mastah Spark directly, even if she did, it probably would be Relat speed anyway.

Yeah, Star Level God Tier, possibly a lot of people being Moon and stuff. It would still put Marisa quite a bit ahead of everyone, but given that most of the feats are casual/not their maximum in 2hu, it could be a possibility.

Well it was just said that they only need 10% of their bullets if they wanted to kill, but when you have Cirno being able to Fight with Yukari, you know there is some holding back.
