Tier 3-C to 2-C is crazy. Mario would get oneshotted, revived, then resorts to hax. And frieza hasn't fought anyone who can literally restart fights, power null, durability negation, seal, BFR, or transmute. Haxstomp tbh.

Yeh, Mario gets one-shotted, passively comes back from the dead, realizes he can't beat Frieza through his own strength and resorts to using his hax and power-ups, stomping Frieza in the process
