So Lee should easily take skill/experience, being a well trained Shinobi and Taijutsu specialist. However his kit is less flashy than Mouse’s. But he takes physicals and can amp his speed with Shunshin and likely has better acrobatics given he did flips with leg weights on. He could likely counter teleportation that way.

Well he has the physical advantage but he doesn’t seem to have a direct counter besides attacking from a range with kunai and shuriken. But Mouse will have to avoid being grabbed and dropped by Primary Lotus.
