I vote to Marcy Wu. While it is clear that Logan Paul is a better H2H fighter, Logan is unable to learn any H2H skill from Marcy because Marcy does not use H2H. Despite Logan Paul is acrobatic, Marcy can do that too (surprisingly). Also, Marcy's equipment will effectively cause troubles for Logan Paul if he gets closer to Marcy. The fact that Marcy is far smarter is not something we need to say but it is very useful here.
In term of AP and LS, they have similar LS (for now, as Amphibia characters will become Class 50 and you may notice that Marcy's LS justification should give her something more than Peak Human), but Marcy has better AP. For WWE characters, they have:
