I think I can see why you believe Tigress’ authority can’t contend with Venozdonoa. But wasn’t Agido split into four parts? Tigress’ authority being able to counter Venozdonoa was established in Vol. 11, and in the same volume it was also stated that its casualty manipulation could manipulate the entire Sea's cause and effect. In Vol. 17, we didn’t see that. So I don’t think a quarter of Agido could make up for that, or perhaps it wasn’t compatible with his authority and was different from reaching the Abyss and evolving. At best, we were only given Parrington’s statement about stats being boosted, but nothing about powers being boosted. By the way, as I mentioned earlier, I had read it wrong previously. So what I’d currently say is that they can contend with Venozdonoa, but not surpass it. They can only contend with it in their specialized forte, similar to Graham’s scythe.Snip
Regarding Arcana’s case, you didn’t complain from Vol. 11 to Vol. 16. The Silver Sea inhabitants were already killing other gods, but it feels like you’re only hating on Vol. 17. Also, in Misha’s case, if we look at it carefully, her body was cracking from Duelniga’s attack—it’s very different from a normal injury. So I can definitely see why she might not be able to heal normally. Also, as I pointed out, we really haven’t seen much of them using their authority to heal others since the Silver Sea arc started. So if you wanted to criticize that, it should’ve been done four years ago, not now.
Regarding the rumors about Zinnia’s eyes, I’m pretty sure we have some statement about the 12 Realms mentioning a realm that not many people are aware of. Even if Zinnia being the strongest was spread throughout the series, the rumors regarding his eyes should only be accessible to those who actually know about them. At best, it would only be known among a few people in the Silver Sea, similar to Venozdonoa’s case. So I don’t really see it as Zinnia being the strongest and, therefore, his eyes automatically being on the same level as his and Anos’ fights.
As for Kostoria, it seems like she copied Noah’s shadow magic or Venozdonoa’s powers and merged them with her Umbrella Claw. Just check the chapter again and you’ll see. LOD doesn’t have shadow manipulation, but that specific Umbrella Claw was created from shadow using her true eyes. We know both Noah and Venozdonoa negate Order. And Anos, against Yzak, didn’t properly use Noah’s powers—just in case you bring that up. After becoming a full LOD, Kostoria was even able to spam EGA like nothing, even without using her copy eyes. I think this explanation makes it clear why Yzak’s passives were bypassed.
