Well scratch that, Noah did use Syrica at the end. An impromptu one at least. But, that just serves to solidify the idea that natural rebirth does come with an authentic loss of power, just like Izabella and Gusta.

Gusta lost his powers because Graham stole his head and Militia case I think.
Izabella still had connection to Abyss of Craving didn't see? Or was it Parrington doing forgot what happened there.
But I guess may be you are right because we don't have any examples for them to keeping the powers. Especially when they needed to keep a failsafe.

The initial thought was Tseilon bloodline strips those they stole a head from with the chance of reincarnation, but we know that no matter what happens to the source, it would naturally change shape, power, and memories upon death. And it's not like they lost everything, Gusta also kept his connection with his sword, like how Luna was with the phoenix of conception.
