Shu would have to be an idiot to make all this progress of Anos on his power and in the end make him the weakest in history

Both volumes had his eyes correctly.
The red circles were just too small, so you might have missed it if you didn't zoom in fully.

For v17, no matter how much you zoom in, his eyes don't have those red marks. Not only that, usually his eyes have black background with red markings on it, but on this one even the black hue is not there.

Just some fade yellowish hue is there.

I think it would be a nice ending tho.
Anos can finally have peace in the truest sense.

  • Not having to hold back his destruction all the time.
  • Not having to always control his source from going into a rampage.
  • Bro can also become a father without any worries.
  • The long long Journey of Noah would finally end in peace, with family and friends beside him.

This ending will only work if there are no more enemies in the entire Silver Sea. May peace be established in all worlds without exception. Evil would have to be eradicated from the entire cosmology where only good beings would exist.

If all of this comes to pass in this final volume, I'm fine with Anos having no powers.

Well more than half of it was already taken care of when Anos travelled to all notable worlds.

Aside from that the main conflict was how the Order of Silver sea was unfair towards shallow layered worlds and inhabitants. Firedew, Order and magic all flew towards Abyss robing off Shallow Layers peeps (half of that I think was because of the presence of Chaos and it attracting all of it towards it).

And with the last volume being a the climax with only one dude having the power to destroy entire SS, the conflict will get solved.
I don't think any Major threats would come further, and even assuming it does I think Orders (Gods) and inhabitants of other worlds are well capable of pushing it away.

Tho having said allat (and assuming that he will loose his powers)
I think Anos would still have part of powers from Abyss of Memories or Abyss of Cravings

Well this ending is quite unpredictable. There's no way of knowing what Shu will decide for the characters' endings. We can only wait. I will be one of the first to buy the Japanese volume and translate with artificial intelligence 😎

Doesn't Shu releases the raw version right off the bat on the web novel site ? Bro did it during v15.

Dunno how his publishers let him do that though

Chaos is stronger but we need to think that Anos will not be able to exert the maximum of his chaotic powers right from the start in the first confrontation. This fight is most likely to be interrupted or have multiple rounds as the chapters progress.

This idea was introduced way back in volume 2. Reincarnation from Source Magic like Syrica comes with a risk of losing powers, but in more serious cases undergoing the natural cycle of firedew almost certainly comes with losing everything(except Anos who somehow kept his Chaotic Eyes).
 
I hope Shu can give Eldmed's character some justice, considering he''s been hyping his betrayal up since forever. We already have characers that is equal or possibly stronger than Anos, the only thing left is the trigger.

Well, his case was not natural since Elenesia or Militia (I forgot who) caught Noah's firedew with Chaos mixed in it and directed it towards Militia world so that that world doesn't come under total influence of Order alone.

I doubt we getting chance for every character to shine within 450 pages. Unless cuts shorts on fights.
 
@EldemadeDityjon I looked at the cover of volume 17 in better quality and enlarged it with different filters and from what I could see it looks like Anos still has red eyes but they are very discreet in the illustration
