Maou Gakuin Discussion Thread

Is anyone thinking about Paraconsistent physiology for Anos and Graham? Or even Arcana? Also, if we have magic like Veneziara, and from what I know, the law of magic is dictated by order, then wouldn't that mean Contradictory logic is logical under order?

Same with Arcana

I doubt he will be superior to Anos
Who knows? I mean currently, the guy is already showing more feats than Anos did in his introduction arc. Plus, it turns out that this dude is actively avoiding true omnipotence simply because he prefers having a sense of self. Otherwise, he states that principles are all meaningless to him.

What's the novel name?

Chronos was about to say, our world exists deeper than the Silver Sea thanks to the great demon king Anos Voldigoad who defeated me, and thanks to a bet, he did not destroy our world.
Chronos: look guys a this plot manipulation spell that Anos voldigoad taught me

How high a level does this give to the context?
="The entire surface was covered with pure white stone pavement. Countless stone slabs stood tall like towers. Looking up, there was no end to it, and I couldn't even see the sky. The stone slabs continued on forever."

Is there a chance that both stories exist within the same cosmology? I haven't read this new story yet

Universal+ for now since this is SHU we're talking about. There was also a statement implying that even the destruction of the world would be no different from taking a simple meal, but it's all too vague currently.

I'd say the possibilities are slim. There's nothing that remotely implies connection between the two stories so far. It would be awesome though if that ever happens.

Wait for real??

Wait for real??
For real.
Omniscience and omnipotence—the idea that you can do anything—ultimately means nothing changes no matter what happens. It doesn't matter if you're alive or dead. It doesn't matter if you have friends or not. It doesn't matter if you're liked or disliked. You can just bring yourself back to life, make friends, or be liked. Nothing is truly irreversible. A year ago, ten years from now, ten thousand years from now—all time is equal, so there's no need to act immediately.

As Chrono spoke haltingly, Ryuka felt a strange sense of truth in his words.

“If even your heart becomes all-knowing and all-powerful, that can hardly be called living anymore.”
“One who possesses all-knowing, all-powerful might can do anything. Yet precisely because of this, they cannot even perceive the difference between the world's destruction and their morning meal. If they continue to wield that power recklessly, their heart will eventually become numb, and they will become nothing more than the phenomenon of omniscience and omnipotence itself. Shackles are necessary. Shackles called rules.”
“That's why you won't be resurrected, Ryuka. If I were to remove the shackles I placed upon myself, this heart would eventually cease to feel anything. I would become truly all-knowing and all-powerful.”
