I am not ignoring context, it just doesn't meet the requirements for it, from your own explanation it sounds much more like a concept than information, Since they are "fundamental concepts", while the Information is just guesswork that comes from information is Rumours, legends, and stories.

Already explained what needed to be. You just ignored it. Because you are fixated on powerscaling word "information". When context with different words can fill the same meanings.
Anyway, you are free to do whatever you like. Go ahead and make a downgrade thread. I don't even know why I bothered replying. I already have Ultima clarifying that a direct power-scaling statement isn't necessary to qualify for Information Type 2—context is what truly matters.
