Manipulating Negative Energy

For the most part, pretty much the same as manipulating positive energy AP wise, just used for opposite directions. Though if it specifically behaves exactly like Hawking's theory of negative energy and has the ability to delete energy; it is still the same AP but the ability to use EE on pure energy.
