Manga and Canon in Pokemon

Why are the Pokémon manga used to define the feat of the canon, while their canonicity is the same as that of the manga The Legend of Zelda and Kirby.

I mean we have a Composite Link, Zelda and Ganon file.

They treat the manga as like secondary canon overall for Pokemon. Not all canons are the same.

They are "canon composite" for Zelda. Pokemon on the wiki even count manga who has nothing canon.

Also, thing who have the "seal of quality" couldn't count like secondary canon? (Manga zelda). And yeah, Low 2-C Majora's Mask + possibly low multiversal Twilight Princess exist in manga.

I'm not sure if it means anything, but I remember reading that the creator of Pokemon considered the manga "the way I've meant Pokemon to be" or something like that.
