Again, all that we concretely know about this version of Mandrakk is that a bunch of relatively low level characters were able to beat him.
It seems best to just keep the current footnote in the profile page.

A mention of that "There could be infinite worlds" is not remotely proof of this version of Mandrakk being able to destroy infinite universes at once. In fact the scan did not even say that he can.
