Resistance to Death Manipulation: Was only aged by the Black Flash, who usually kills with a touch. Tanked the death aspect of the speed force.

Possible Conceptual Manipulation: Due to the aforementioned removal of death.

Resistance to Existence Erasure: Ran to the end of time, where even Death is erased at a conceptual level.

Psuedo-Duplication: Can appears in two places at once

Resistance to Black Hole Creation: Survived the epicenter of a black hole, though was somewhat hurt by it.

Matter Manipulation: In the same scan, shut down a black hole with his abilities. Not sure what level this counts as. Can manipulate chemical reactions via his aura

Statistics Amplification: Can speed up his thought process.

Instinctive Reaction: Can automatically switch between different modes of perception.

Limited Immortality Type 2: Can keep himself alive with sheer speed.

Resistance to Power Absorption: Couldn't have his speed stolen.

Energy Manipulation and Higher-Dimensional Manipulation: Can create a speed force suit made of speed force energy condensed into three dimensions.

Power Bestowal: Gave speed force energy to others.

Biological Manipulation: Can speed up biological processes.

Absorption: Can steal kinetic energy.

Status Effect Inducement: Immobilized Inertia.

Resistance to Mind Manipulation: Thinks on a different frequency.

Explosion Manipulation: Anything he phases through explodes.

Limited Body Puppetry: Can forcibly activate speedster powers.

Vibration Manipulation and BFR: Shown here.

Resistance to Spatial Manipulation and Time Manipulation: Broke out of Ambient matter, which acts as a solid four dimensional revolving door in space and time. Unaffected by Black Flash's time Corruption.

Extrasensory Perception: Shown here.

Resistance to Illusion Creation and Perception Manipulation: Saw through a illusio. Broke out of another illusion placed on him.

Non-Physical Interaction: Can vibrate his frequency so him and things that pass through him can harm normally incorporeal beings.

Power Nullification: Can force a being to become tangible.

Data Manipulation: Unraveled the thinker into data.

Fusionism: Fused with the other flashes.

Resistance to Life Manipulation and Attack Reflection: Easily blocked and reflected beams that would have stolen life from everyone across a portion of time and space.
 
He said he was literally in two places at once, so I don't know if it qualifies as Afterimage Creation
 
We see the afterimage and besides he is so fast to her that he can appear to be to place at once. Speed Equalized this feat, and he is visible.

Not to staffs. Once a CRT is around 400 messages, a new CRT would be needed with the precious thread summary for the evaluations.

  • Post new official request threads when the old ones are starting to get full (around 400 messages), by copying the text sections of the original posts in the previous threads.
 
If it's done without a thought, it's instinctive. It doesn't have to be Ultra Instinct to count.
 
After reading the full scan, yes that makes sense. Previously I only skimmed through the part about his speed mode.
 
Just imagine waiting to die and finding out the Grim Reaper only cared enough to send his ski-wearing understudy ovo
