ermmmmm xenoku, vegeta, and basically anyone who has the lbssj4 transformation should get god ki.

Since ssb goku, ssb vegeta , and ssg trunks gave xenoku and vegeta energy to be able to go to lbssj4.

As for lbssj4 broly it is rather unknown how he got the transformation. he could have been given god ki at some point but we dont have any evidence to support nor deny it. So a Possibly would work for him.

Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker as a form is just a stronger version of Super Full Power Saiyan 4 as seen in GT, Super Saiyan 4 using power above your normal limits. Goku and Vegeta get it through the energy of others, Broly gets it because his power is always overflowing.

Even if it's true that Goku and Vegeta were given God Ki during the Remodelled Janemba battle, that wouldn't mean they knew how to use it, and they wouldn't be able to generate it themselves.
