Geo (Mega Man) should take this by being smarter, intangible (making all of Buu's attempts to absorb him nill) and having hax like Area Eater (slices apart space), Dread Laser (blasts the target into EM Waves and scatters their consciousness and bodies across space), and Black Holes in the form of Black End Galaxy (which instantly forms the Black Hole around the target to prevent their escape before Geo detonates it), among other tools.

Buu only has regen on his side. Geo has literally everything else going for him. Geo low diffs, possibly no diffs.

That was an error on my part as Character vs. Verse threads aren't actually allowed to be added and there wasn't a whole lot of input there. Plus it would be a speed stomp for most of the characters and a hax stomp for the rest.
