Main Characters who remain Low Tier

I remember wanting to do this but never got around to it. What are some main character who actually remain low tier in their verse throught the entire series and never gets above that.

Example: Danny Phantom stays a low tier character in his verse. He stays 8-A throught the series and the Ghostly Wail is just a special move. He still gets fought by one time ghosts with no name and he's still getting his butt handed to him by all the mid tiers.
