Good match. Magneto would be able to withstand most of Mewtwos attacks and is very resistance to his Mind Hax, but I dont see what he can do against BFR. Perhabs you should restrict it.

Magneto can block most of Mewtwo's attacks (aura-sphere, psystrike, psycho cut, hyper beam), since they are affected by protect and his psychic resistance is furthermore a plus. But the same goes for Mewtwo, which also has shields (protect) and can boost his defense in a various of ways.

However over time they will see that there basic attacks wont work and go on there "special attacks". Mewtwo's future sight will go through Magnetos shield and Magnetos biological manipulation will bypass any shields. But since future sight takes two rounds and ripping the iron out of Mewtwo (assuming that pokemon have at least a similar physiology to humans, but from what I remember Mewtwo has a part human DNA) is instantly, Magneto will win. There is also the fact that protects success rate goes drasticly down each time its used.

I am voting Magneto for mine and reasons above.

@TheJ-ManRequiem

Part human is enough, I guess. Also most organisms base there oxygen transfer on iron, which makes it possible that Magneto can affect Mewtwo. If he cant there is still the fact that Mewtwo can use protect only a few times until Magneto will eventually hit him with his "normal" attacks.

No I'm just saying Mewtwo is only part human in the manga. It should work on all incarnations regardless.

Anyway, if future sight is used probabky inconclusive, it still attacks the opponent even if the user is defeated, as shown in game and when azelf used it to off Hunter J and her crew.

Ok.

But since Mewtwo wont use future sight right at the beginning and start with his standart attacks Magneto will probably win.

Did you not say yourself

>However over time they will see that there basic attacks wont work and go on there "special attacks"

Why is magneto suddenly not doing that?

? when everything fails, Magneto will use his "special attacks", same for Mewtwo. But Magneto could also win before he has to rely on that, since protects success rate goes drasticly down after a few times, giving Magneto the chance to kill Mewtwo before he uses future sight.

Its ether a win for Magneto or inconclusive, but Magneto has chances to win this.

Interesting. By the way, how does Mewtwo's time travel, power absorption and reality warping work ?

Time travel?

Didn't think he has that, unless ya mean the end if the furst movie.

Which is debated as either mind Wipe or time rewind (if its the latter, it just kinda happens).

Reality warping? I know he can create rifts in space and create entire areas.

Power absorption may just be from some random move.

I'm not sure on some of the specifics, just debating what I know.

Ok. About Mewtwo teleporting: Magneto has planetary range and full controll over earths electromagnetic field.
