Magikarp has his own game on mobile, and he has some pretty good feats in this:

He can break in half ice trees (don't question)

He can break huge rocks in to pebbles

He can move the 300 Kg Golem of several meters.

So would these feats put him on a higher 9-B level ?

Do feats from mobile games even count here? But then again, Pokemon profiles are composite and we count all feats from the games as composite, so videos of these feats would be appreciated.

We only give characters above the halfway mark of a tier "+" signs. This usually requires calculations to make certain.

As someone who has calc'd numerous Wall level feats, I can tell you this is probably mid-low end Wall level.

Magikarp already has a Wall level feat, but this can be used to support in consistency. No more 10-C Magikarp.
