Perhaps. I suspect flight, teleportation, and incorporeality would give Cheshire Cat a fair opportunity to obtain victory through the "incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day" clause. For example, tricking Bungle into getting her tail caught in a cluster of tree branches such that she's dangling from a tree for a day.
