Mayuri. Assuming he's going into this battle blind, he can always create countermeasures against his opponents on the fly. Plus I'm sure he's already immunised himself against billions of types of poisons, seeing as he never gets poisoned when using his Bankai so Magellans done for there. So all Mayuri needs to do is stab him with his Zanpakuto which paralyses him (IIRC Ashizogi Jizo administers a pain anaesthetic and not poison so Magellan isn't immune), and it's GG.
