Yeah I've seen this matchup pop up on the site a few times already.

It usually ends up as:
1. Diavolo timeskips and KC karate chops DIO
2. DIO survives the initial hit thanks to immortality (and while Diavolo could possibly win if he aims for the head, he wouldn't be aware of that and would likely go for the torso considering how he killed Bruno and Abbachio).
3. DIO immediately stops time in reaction and clocks him out.
