Jarvan has higher DC and Durability but, like Everlasting said, Windu's higher speed and Force Hax give him the win.

Sigh, i'd love to say Jarvan could pull it through, but Windu was able to keep up with Sidious, and next to that, Jarvan isn't much.

I'd have to say Windu stomps because of Force Hax and Speed.
