On one end: Yeah, chances are Mace could win against Felix...

On the other hand, Mace is cursed with the hyperlethal option called a Lightsaber, meaning Felix's doom has a legit purpose here more than any other.

Also, some spells are literally solar flares and shit, so ignoring the yes heat of the Lore of Fire, he's still resisting the Lightsaber with his sword. Windu might have pretty even skill, but when your opponent has pretty even skill with BoS Gotrek, you get someone you're unable to kill, who can reliably land hits on you with a sword, and you tend to not spam force powers...

Felix probably wins. Fate is in his favor.
