Lum's tier and possibly range change

Better change Lum to Unknow. Likely 7-B, possibly High 4-C, because most of her inventions very difficult to evaluate. Also, in subspace is no proper time and space, so Lum, her friends along with Mujaki and Ataru with Lum devices (based on 107 episode where she search original Ataru through parallel worlds), possibly can have Multiversal+ range for teleportation via Fairy Road which are open all the time in proper place in real world (3-D), and lead to subspace (4-D) where Fairy Road is (all the aliens/demons/gods who likely know about them, can use this) if it is apply. Also, Lum durability should be Wall level (When chained to a wall, Ataru managed to tear it down entirely, Lum survived getting smashed into a wall by him and was only irritated, and she can harm other Wall-level characters with brute strength alone, although much weaker physically). Ataru can also casually toss aside trees to generate enough kinetic force to easy surpass others.

What is the reason for her 7-B rating?

Anyway, if she does not open the Fairy Road via her own power or one of her inventions, it seems exaggerated to give her multiversal+ range.

Most of her inventions can destroy city whit ease, but i personally more prefer made it Unknow. Likely 7-B, possibly High 4-C and about range it can be made like this: at least interdimensional via inventions (can casually travel between 3-D and 4-D worlds), likely multiversal+ via Fairy Road (can go to any three-dimensional world) for teleportation. And it applies only for Lum, her friends, possibly to Mujaki, but Ataru should have access only with Destiny Production Management Bureau's outfit (Has access to all possible futures) at best. Also, Lum durability should be Wall level: when chained to a wall, Ataru managed to tear it down entirely, Lum survived getting smashed into a wall by him and was only irritated, and she can harm other Wall-level characters with brute strength alone, although much weaker.
