At first Kham has better feats based on his AP justification such as beating a ripped and fat Johnny Sins who ripped the head of a stone lion, but if you look at Hobbs' AP justification he actually has much better feats such as making dents in metal walls, he also scales to Dominic Toretto who can dent a car's metal shell with a punch, etc.

So I guess Hobbs takes this unless someone tells me shattering stone is stronger than denting metal
