Luka, Gepard, and Svarog upgrade

At least Star level, possibly Multi Solar System level (Fought and defeated Base Topaz, although the latter was holding back)

I mean, make the things related to topaz for the explanation of poss 4a, and 4c based on a scan that @PedjaTarzan meant, I don't know what it is, but maybe it can increase it to the level atleast 4c

Topaz did need help in order to fight against luka, its just shown as the frozen robots because of luka’s schitzophrenia. She was also shown to try more throughout the fight. Although the problem at hand is still we cant quantify how much she was holding back by.

Immeasurable speed should still be fine though since he was able to match Argenti, topaz, sushang (allegedly) and yanqing (albeit holding back tremendously).

also if i may ask. Shouldnt luka and svarog be at least sub-relativistic since svarog was able to keep up with seele + help with relative ease till natasha and sampo showed up and luka being able to fight svarog solo for some time? Or was this already debunked and i havent seen it

I kinda want to see other's opinions on this subject.

I believe the 3 characters mentioned above should be upgraded to 3B multi-galaxy+ with immeasurable speed.

reason being, the war dance side story.

in the side story luka defeats argenti in battle who currently scales to 3B with immesurable speeds.. Luka was also able to take Yanqing's "signature move" and go hand to hand for a short period of time with yanqing after getting hit by his signature move though not doing much damage due to being physically exhausted. Yanqing currently scales to 3B with immesurable speeds. I'm not saying Luka is equal to him but would be in the same range just a bit lower.

Svarog is a lot harder to get to these levels because of his statement here saying he cant grow stronger but he was still able to hold his own against luka post argenti fight without being severely damaged. In my opinion this would get him to around the same level again, like i mentioned with yanqing and luka, svarog would be lower than luka but still in the ranges of 3B multi-galaxy+

Gepard: though gepard doesnt do much in the event quest, it is somewhat implied that he is relative to Luka post-wardance from luka coming to "return the victory he lent him" insinuating an off screen battle with an undetermined winner..

Conclusion:

Luka: 3B multi-galaxy+ with immeasurable speed.

Svarog: 3B multi-galaxy+ with immeasurable speed.

Gepard: 3B multi-galaxy+ with immesurable speed.

Luka: possibly 4-A multi-solar: defeated base topaz while she was holding back and her ipc soldiers simultaneously

Sub relativistic: able to keep up with svarog in a no holds barred battle.

Immeasurable speed: able to keep up with post-penacony Argenti, Topaz, Svarog, and yanqing while yanqing was holding back tremendously.

Gepard: possibly 4-A multi-solar: relative to Luka post war dance due to the indicated offscreen battle

Sub-relativistic: able to keep up with and defeat Luka.

Immeasurable speed: relative to Luka due to the indicated offscreen battle.

Svarog:
Sub-relativistic: able to fend off seele, the trailblazer, march 7th, bronya, and dan heng with relative ease until natasha shows up.

immeasurable speed: relative to Luka during the war dance
