I did this since for whatever reason Allister's strongest team has a higher tier than Luigi in the wiki and I'm curious why, and btw, this is Allister's best team with Gigantamax Gengar included instead of him being completely alone, Luigi is also at his full potential and the battle takes place in The Dream World
