Tsuna, unless Luffy starts moving at FTL speed in the future this pretty much is going to be inconclusive.

Tsuna stomps him effortlessly. Luffy at his best is small island and is MH. Tsuna is at a minimum of island level and is at least FTL. Plus Tsuna has hax too and gravity powers. He could just push him down to the earth's core.

I'm gonna re-read the manga and request calcs to be done. Hopefully I can get an upgrade, but even Tsuna not being island level he still has hax and much greater speed than anyone in OP and can solo them.

Speed blitz. Tsuna is thousands of times faster any than OP character going by his profile. Although there is talk going on about his downgrade

Tsuna uses Zero point break through and freezes them forever. (Kuzan isn't gonna get out of it because he needs the Dying Will Flame to that is hot to break out)

^^You can technically remove kinetic energy from ice at absolute zero, which counts as freezing
