Luffy and the Three Sweet Commanders revision(?)

I have several things that i want to ask about those characters.

1. Why Luffy don't have Tank-Man key picture in his Gear 4 profile? he should have one,Grear 4 is not only Bounce-man.

2. I think Cracker's speed definitely should be upprade to MHS+,he was able to fight Gear 4 Luffy for hours and dodge every single attack of him,as you can see Cracker is completely unscratched and there isn't even a single drop of blood on him after the 11 hours-battle with Luffy

3. Katakuri's speed rank as MHS+ because he react to Gear 4 Luffy,but he constantly presented as comparable to Base\gear 2 Luffy's speed during their fight(fail to kill Base Luffy for hours and also stated that Base Luffy fast enough to dodge his attacks,Base Luffy react and dodge countless attacks from Kata) The way I see it there are 3 options:

1. The difference between Base Luffy's speed and Gear 4 Luffy's speed is not that big

2. Katakuri was able to attack Luffy Gear 4 due to his advanced Kenbunshoku Haki and not due to his actual speed,which mean his speed should be MHS and not MHS+
