Luck in Jojo

so I wanted to know which Jojo characters we should add a Luck feat (considring some of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure characters are ridiclously high luck). I ahve already added luck to Joseph's profile since he is an obvious one.

so which other character in Jojo do you think are lucky enough to have a feat for it?
