I would say Ryuko wins this via her far better versatility in powers and their strength. Even with Lucina's several years of experience and capability of fighting against a zombie apocalypse, I don't think she can win against Ryuko and her over-the-top crazy/weird powers.

I think OVA Ryüko has only shockwaves. She lost Senketsu, so I don't think she has all those powers she did before. Though I never watched the OVA so I'm not sure.

Haven't watched the series at all, so i didn't show. It should be specified on her profile that powers she has with each form.

OVA Ryuko has everything except shapeshifting, sound redirection and her berserk mode,

OVA Ryuko loses everything but shockwaves, afterimages, mind resistance and Regenerationn. Since those powers were natural attributes of hers and not Senketsu's. She arguably regained flight as well at the end of the episode. At least I think so because she stayed in the exact same place in the air without moving for way too long for that to just be a high jump IMO.
