So first, froggy used his remaining power to purposely kill himself to escape from wang ling in spritual form, but later wang ling summoned him in physical form, so it can be say he regenerated froggy from spritual form to physical form

Also according to given standard it should qualify for Low-godly regen

restoring it from their disembodied consciousness, whether that be their soul, mind, some other non-physical aspect of themself, esoteric or metaphysical energy, or something else.

Ehhhh, that is a reach. On a very technical sense, yeah, the body was regenerated with a link to the spiritual entity of the frog, but the way it is performed is far more aptly described as Summoning.

That's not how it works, unfortunately.

Regeneration is, with very few exceptions, an automatic process that is an inherent ability of a being. Doing it actively, particularly to other people, is described as Healing.

But this case is not even that. The creation of a body as a being is summoned is something incredibly normal and standard in fiction and mythology, and that is usually assumed to be an inherent property of the summoning mechanics in each particular instance. If that still wasn't the case on the verse, that summoned creatures did not usually acquire a physical body, then it would still be only Creation as it is a very specific form of creating something. To classify that as Healing or Regeneration would increase the purported power by a lot.
