Low 2-C Missile

Had to edit the OP due to the Ghost Zone not actually being 2-A in size.

Anyway, in the episode "Living Large" of Danny Phantom the Guys in White have a missile that was going to destroy the Ghost Zone which is an endless void of ectoplasm. It should be noted that the missile only effects spectral beings aka Ghosts, Spirits, Undead so it would be noted that it can't even harm a none spectral entity.

No one scales obviously and this is with prep time. I still need to make the Guys in White profile but I just wanted to make this thread.

I only know one 2-A ghost and that's the Spectre.
