While Lou's attack potency and durability are equal or superior to Kraid's, Kraid lived in 960x the gravity of Earth suggesting he could actually be way more durable than he seems. Kraid was also able to fight and hurt Power Suit Samus, who is superior to Zero Suit Samus that tanked a Crash Landing without any damage. Depending on the height of the crash landing, Kraid's attacks could be more powerful than Mountain level.

So, it's mostly even. But since I'm bias I'll give the slight edge to Kraid.
