Lord Twigo's feat, which was 7.5 Tons, was re-evaluated as City Block [44.1 Tons of TNT]

So, basically Lord Twigo and whomever scales to him, will be upgraded to 8-B

I'm iffy about considering someone cutting a slab of land as the same as shattering it to pieces

... not to mention it would probably require Dirt J/CC if Frag even applied, and... well, that gets rather depressing rather quickly.

The second one should be fine to use and upgrade with though
