If anything we can simply say "possibly High" and add that they haven't demonstrated such ability, but the nature of an Abnormality makes it kinda scale to all of them and they all should, in theory, be able to do so.
 
I guess I can go with "possibly High" for the others.
 
Also Wok, giving a whole category of being a power/feat based on one individual having it isn't nonexistent on the wiki. Unless we're given good reasons as to why an individual's application of said power should be higher than others (If the application of said power varies normally or if the individual has been stated to be more capable with it), we don't have much reasons to keep it solely for this one individual.
