1. Base MK and everyone else speed should be relative to base Wukong/Macaque since it was shown here that DBK was able to fight consistently with Wukong so their speed should be relative, and base MK was able to fight DBK. Also base Mei was able to react to Wukong in speed and Mei is shown to be equal with base MK, no longer needing the "at least" value. Base MK was also able to caught Macaque off guard.

2. Golden power should have blitz amps (also applies to chaos as it allows Xiang Liu to blitz peak MK) as after Sun Wukong activate his golden power, base MK couldn’t percieve Wukong at all because of his sheer speed. MK once activated his golden power, was able to blitz/statued Peng and Tusk. To further prove this, Sun Wukong needed to activate his golden power to fight against peak MK to be relative in speed. Golden staff sealing should have blitz attack speed as several characters couldn’t react to it when casted by a character who’s relative in speed including peak MK by Wukong here, here, here, and here.

3. Approving layers for fear manip with this blog. All of the fear manip applications are already approved beforehand except the new Pigsy’s presence which is approved by a staff here. Also all SF users like Mei should have resists to hundred eye demon mind manip as she was unaffected by it via activating her SF power
