Live in a place without direction or time

If a character lives in a timeless place, without concept of direction or Distance what will be his capacity (I mean for example resistance ect ..)?
Same thing for people who can exist here without difficulty but not being a resident of this place

Not for the people who aren't from the space. If that's their natural habitat it's something that should be discussed and evaluated based on the context.
