In all seriousness he wins due to beating more casual building Buster's (and what do you mean by Lucina not having Falchion?)
 
^ I think OP mean Lucina not allow to use her Falchion in this fight.

Vote for Lucina by advantage in speed and experience from fighting several type of enemies from wars.
 
Jokes aside, Lucina has a defined number to base her tier onto, but not Mac.


But since Mac is no stranger to opponents using weapons nor supernatural stuff, i will givethis match to him and Rage power.

Lucina is in a disadvantage here because of her lack of experience on martial arts and facing opponents who punch their way to victory.
 
Well, assuming we're now using Giga Mac, he is only subsonic, Lucina does win via speed, with speed equalized, Giga Mac takes the win for now being much stronger than casual building busters and rage power
